Our Founder

Mr. Haji Ahsan Mohammad Khan (founder of this NGO) was born in a very poor family, son of Late Mr. Karim Baksh ji. He is 66 years old and is currently a retired Assistant Engineer. His family was very poor. He has studied in government schools. During his academic years, he stood first in various competitions and was also an NCC Quarter Master Sergeant. He also led the volleyball team, but with hard work and dedication in a poor environment, he did engineering in civil and retired after serving in various departments of Rajasthan (Panchayat Raj Department, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, Water Resources Department, and Medical & Health Department). He says that his work for the society is not social work but his social duty, he also firmly believes that one should not aspire to be a leader but should work towards acquiring the qualities of a leader. He believes that leaders are not born but made. Leadership is not just a position but it is a process and a journey. He also believes that education is like a drop in the ocean, the rest is tarbiyat (upbringing/character building). Taking a step in this direction, he formed this trust and to fulfil his goal, he has made available his 34 bigha agricultural land for the construction of a new residential school.
